Here's a photo of the front of our new house. We close on it this Thursday and then will start digging in on the work that needs to be done. We are excited. The grass/dandelions were a foot long at least but Ben and a friend spent the morning working on it and it is getting better already!

I love it! I can already picture you and Ben having early morning coffee on the front porch. ...or I can picture myself at least. Then it would be more like late-morning coffee, all right, all right noon-ish coffee... okay anyway, it's really cute!
